BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment at Elite Treatments you are required to provide either credit or debit card details.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking made online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice Elite Treatments reserves the right to charge 50% of the balance of the appointment cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without canceling it or cancel with 1 hour or less notice Elite Treatments reserves the right to charge 100% of the appointment cost.
I will try to accommodate you in case you are running behind, stuck in traffic, delayed trains, etc.
If you late by more than 10 minutes I may not be able to fit you in as it is unfair for the following clients who make in in time and cancellation policy will be applied.
The products that are available to buy at Elite Treatments are brand new and for personal use only. Refunds are not accepted due to personal hygiene, health and safety reasons.
I am fully qualified therapist and always do my best to perform all treatments to the highest standards. If you are ever dissatisfied with the treatment you had please contact me. I am unable to offer refunds however I will look into it and do my best to rectify the situation as I want to make sure you are completely happy with the treatment.
