BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Your appointment is held just for you so please provide me with at least 24 hours notice.

By doing so I will be able to change my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate other clients that may wish to have an appointment at that time.

 

Last minute cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged a non attendance fee on each occasion it happens. Less than 24 notice are charged 50% of the original treatment price and any deposits paid will not be refunded.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment please do it no later than 24 hours as it will be treated as late cancellation and a no attendance fee will be charged.

If you booked online but fail to turn up for your appointment your credit/debit card will automatically be charged 50% of the service price.

 

You will receive text and/or email reminding about your appointment 24 hours prior. 

Please kindly understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and if unsure about date and time you can always contact me and check to avoid missed visits and cancellation fees.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY 

 

The deposit is required from any treatment over £50 at Elite Treatments. When booking service online you will be required to pay a small deposit. The final bill will be deducted by that amount.

It is fully refundable as long as you change or cancel your appointment in no less than 24 hours.

 

LATENESS

 

I will try to accommodate you in case you are running behind, stuck in traffic, delayed trains, etc.

If you late by more than 10 minutes I may not be able to fit you in as it is unfair for the following clients who make in in time.

 

ARRIVING 

 

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for any facial or permanent make-up treatment to fill in your consultation form as it is necessary to be able to carry out your treatment.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

The products that are available to buy at Elite Treatments are brand new and for personal use only. Refunds are not accepted due to personal hygiene, health and safety reasons.

 

I am fully qualified therapist and always do my best to perform all treatments to the highest standards. If you are ever dissatisfied with the treatment you had please contact me. I am unable to offer refunds however I will look into it and do my best to rectify the situation as I want to make sure you are completely happy with the treatment.
